What is the return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. For that, only one condition: Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.

What are the shipping options?

We work with two very efficient and proactive shipping partners, depending on the delivering country: Portuguese Post office for Portugal and Spain, and UPS for the rest of the destinations. We highly trust on both of them, they will take good care of your NO LOGO POLO.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Because we are selling only in Europe for now, you have nothing else to pay than the announced price of 48€ per NO LOGO POLO plus transportation (calculated once you insert your delivery address). No taxes, no duties, no surprises.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the destination. But what is for sure, you will receive your NO LOGO POLO between one up to maximum four open days.

What do I do if I never received my order?

This can unfortunately happen. First please send us an email to inform us. We will look everywhere for your package. If the package is definitively lost we will be happy to send you again your order, without any extra charge of course.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

All our NO LOGO POLOs are controlled before they leave our producing plant in Portugal and before we pack it for you. Although we are only human, and therefore not perfect. If you receive a defective order you will return it and we will be happy to send you again your order, without any extra charge of course.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Contact us immediately! If the package has not been sent, we will change your order right away. If the package has been already sent, you will need to wait for it and then exchange it.

Where are you located?

Our NO LOGO POLOs are produced in the North of Portugal. Our headquarter and storage are in Cascais, near Lisbon. If you are around and share our same values, contact us, we will be happy to meet you!

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Before you place your order please do see our size charter to be sure you order the right size. But if by any chance when receiving your NO LOGO POLO you believe another size would suit you better, please do contact us. After receiving back you NO LOGO POLO we will send you the new one, without any extra charge of course.
